On your computer or phone, you can easily check your account balance, transaction history, and scheduled payments through online bill pay. You can also use your phone for mobile check deposits, money transfers, and alerts of account activity. Not only will this make banking more convenient and quick, but you will have the comfort of knowing right away when there is any suspicious activity on your accounts. With online mobile banking, you can also utilize Popmoney, which lets you reduce the need for cash with quick and simplified personal payments. This means you can easily split the check while dining out or pay your dog walker without having to carry any cash.

  1. Is it safe? All online banking services use a secure server, so you will know that your financial information is safe. Every time you sign into your account through a new device, you will need to answer a series of personalized questions to ensure your credentials to view account information.

  2. Will I be charged extra for online services? With Westmark Credit Union, online banking is free for every account holder, but there may be standard fees associated with money transfers outside of the bank. Messaging and data rates may also apply for mobile services.

  3. How quickly does my information update online? If you make a purchase or transfer, your account information will instantly update online as soon as the transaction is completed.

  4. Can I still find live banking support? While you might do most of your banking online with our computer and mobile tools, you can still get live customer service at our branches or connect with our personal bankers over the phone for support.

  5. How do I access online banking? You can set up your online banking tools on your smartphone or computer through our website or TouchBanking Mobile App. Once you have your online login set up, you can access your account from any device.
